You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Complete waste of money and time. I purchased cargo trousers as workwear. They only lasted x1 wear, they shrank in the wash (not a hot wash)
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Sent me the wrong colour item. It was for my mums celebration of life as well. Had to rush out and buy something else!!! Emailed them 3 times and completely ignoring me. 😡
