To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Complete waste of money and time. I purchased cargo trousers as workwear. They only lasted x1 wear, they shrank in the wash (not a hot wash)
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Sent me the wrong colour item. It was for my mums celebration of life as well. Had to rush out and buy something else!!! Emailed them 3 times and completely ignoring me. 😡
