- instructions are missing;
- when installing the receiver in the USB port of a smart TV, it is a good idea to reboot;
- good when the receiver is visible - otherwise slow response...
It has come to be damaged I bought it with a lithium battery and when I put it it worked but it was not going very well, not all the keys worked, I ordered it in Spanish once and it didn't work anymore and it started to smell burning. I contacted the seller and without any problems made the refund of the amount of the device

Complete waste of money and time. I purchased cargo trousers as workwear. They only lasted x1 wear, they shrank in the wash (not a hot wash)
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Sent me the wrong colour item. It was for my mums celebration of life as well. Had to rush out and buy something else!!! Emailed them 3 times and completely ignoring me. 😡
