Beautiful shoes, great quality and so comfortable! An excellent price/performance ratio! Shoe looks exactly like the picture, I recommend ordering the size according to the Chinese system. Then you have the guarantee that it fits precisely.
I am outraged by the incompetence displayed in my latest order. Not only did I receive the wrong type of shoes, but they are also the incorrect size! This is completely unacceptable and a total waste of my time.
I demand a prompt and appropriate resolution: send the correct product immediately or refund me in full. This mistake is inexcusable and needs to be rectified now.
