I found the packaging inadequate, need to review the way you send the product, very easy to spoil plastic material and steel screws on the stainless steel ruler, I found it strange.
I ordered and paid for the 20inch ruler, but was shipped the cheaper 18inch one, it also arrived very bent, they could have avoided that by putting a stiff piece of cardboard behind it, but I guess that would have cost more in postage. If this was the first item I had bought from Ali express, then it certainly would be the last
