Engraver received in a very well protected box with samples and manual , it literally took me 5mins until i could make my first engraving after i received it from ups , thanks a lot on that one

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Sent me the wrong colour item. It was for my mums celebration of life as well. Had to rush out and buy something else!!! Emailed them 3 times and completely ignoring me. 😡
